Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity or valid guardian consent.
• You must comply with section 5 on reference photos and use the service only for lawful wedding-portrait purposes.
• You must not use the service for illegal, harassing, impersonation, misleading, obscene, or infringing purposes.

2. Nature of service and AI disclaimer

• We provide AI-assisted digital wedding portraits; this is not a substitute for traditional on-location wedding photography.
• Results depend on reference photo quality, models, and style settings. We aim to preserve recognisable features but do not guarantee a match to your subjective expectations or any third-party work.
• AI output may have minor flaws; we perform quality checks before delivery.

3. Account and sign-in

• Google sign-in and email magic links are supported. Provide a reachable email and keep your sign-in method secure.
• Orders and uploads under your account are treated as your actions. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

4. Orders, payment, and pricing

• Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), New Taiwan dollars (TWD), or US dollars (USD). Checkout is handled by Stripe; actual charge currency and FX may depend on your card issuer.
• Before checkout you must agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and confirm uploaded photo content.
• After successful payment, shot count and amount are generally locked to schedule custom generation.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for obvious pricing errors, system failure, or legal requirements, and refund amounts paid where applicable.

5. Uploads, licence, and retention

• You represent and warrant that reference photos (groom, bride, couple) are yours or properly authorised, and do not include political, pornographic, violent, or celebrity-infringing material, and do not violate portrait, copyright, or other rights. Your checkout confirmation re-affirms these warranties.
• You retain rights in reference photos; to fulfil the order you grant us and necessary providers a licence to process and transmit them for the performance period.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aislin Virtual Studio (operated by Circle Six Studio) is not responsible for the truthfulness, legality, or rights status of your uploads and is not obliged to pre-screen every file. Claims, investigations, penalties, or losses arising from your breach are your responsibility, and you indemnify us for direct losses where permitted. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate orders we reasonably suspect violate these rules.
• Within 7 days after your order is fully delivered, we delete the reference photos you uploaded and related stored copies (except temporary processing needed for generation and quality review, and we do not keep unnecessary backups).
• If you leave before checkout or do not complete payment, uploaded reference photos are automatically deleted within 48 hours after the order is created.
• Delivered 4K outputs, account download links, and virtual albums remain accessible online for 30 days from delivery. Please download and back up files within that period.
• Back up deliverables within the access period; we may delete online copies afterward and are not obliged to store them permanently.

6. Delivery and virtual albums

• Deliverables are provided via account download and password-protected virtual albums.
• Online access lasts 30 days after delivery completes (consistent with the Privacy Policy).
• Share album links and passwords only with people you trust; you bear leakage risk.

7. Intellectual property

• Site UI, brand, and technology (excluding your reference photos) are owned by Circle Six Studio or licensors.
• When payment is settled without dispute, we grant you personal use of that order’s outputs for wedding planning, non-commercial sharing, and reasonable printing.
• Do not use outputs for misleading claims, resale stock libraries, or training third-party AI models without our written consent.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, interfering with systems, or unauthorised access to others’ orders or albums.
• Bypassing payment or automated abuse at scale.
• Violating section 5 upload warranties or creating infringing, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Using outputs to infringe others’ rights or commit fraud.

9. Refunds (summary)

See the Refund Policy. You may apply within 7 days after payment per that policy. Partial refunds are not accepted once bulk generation has started for a custom order.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”.
• You understand outputs depend on your reference photos and settings. Upload warranties, processing licence, and liability allocation are governed by section 5.
• Our total liability for direct losses within our reasonable control is capped at the amount you paid for the disputed order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Taiwan consumers

• If you are in Taiwan, statutory rights (including reasonable exceptions for returns or disputes) are not excluded or limited by these terms.
• Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), New Taiwan dollars (TWD), or US dollars (USD). You understand cross-border online transactions may involve FX and overseas merchant rules.

12. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Parties should negotiate in good faith first; failing that, disputes go to courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm service security. Paid orders are handled per the Refund Policy and actual performance.
