Refund and Cancellation Policy

Aislin Virtual Studio provides customised digital generation. After payment we allocate dedicated scheduling and compute. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

Operator: Circle Six Studio (Business Registration No. 57188467, Hong Kong). Statutory rights of consumers in Taiwan are not excluded by this policy.

1. Before payment completes

Before Stripe payment succeeds, you may adjust package, style, or reference photos in the workspace without requesting a refund.

2. After payment completes

Orders are priced in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), New Taiwan dollars (TWD), or US dollars (USD). After successful payment, shot count, amount, and generation schedule are generally locked.
The service is a custom product based on your uploads and choices; general “no reason” return rules for off-the-shelf goods do not apply.
Once we have started bulk generation for your order (substantive production stage), partial or proportional refunds are not accepted.

3. When refunds may apply

Systemic failure attributable to us that prevents delivery of any usable output within a reasonable time.
Duplicate charges or clearly incorrect amounts.
We cancel the order without your breach and cannot perform (e.g. we cannot fulfil).
Rights that applicable law grants and cannot be waived by contract (including Taiwan consumer protection where relevant).

4. When refunds usually do not apply

Subjective dislike of style, composition, or colour after delivery per the normal process.
Quality issues from blurry, obscured, or mismatched reference photos.
Regret after downloading or sharing deliverables.
Online access period expired (see Terms and Privacy Policy) without your backup.
Any partial refund request after bulk generation has started.

5. Remedies

If deliverables have technical defects attributable to us (e.g. severely corrupted files, missing agreed shot count), we may offer re-generation or re-delivery; refunds are decided case by case under this policy.

6. How to apply

Within 7 days after successful payment, email info@aislin.studio with order ID, payment date, and reason.
We may request additional information to verify identity and whether the order has entered bulk generation.
Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method; timing depends on your card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Contact us first. Filing a card dispute without prior communication may lead to account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

8. Taiwan users

Users in Taiwan retain reasonable remedies under Taiwan law; this policy does not affect mandatory rights.
